Patient Food Service Manager

Details: Come Grow with Us! Sodexo is currently seeking a service-oriented and energetic Patient Services Manager at Long Beach Memorial Medical Center in Long Beach, CA. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this highly visible position will oversee a team of 50 to 60 unionized employees and will direct all aspects of patient meal services including tray line, diet office, formula room and scheduling of the utility staff. This position will require a flexible, systems savvy candidate (experience with Computrition highly preferred) with stellar communication skills and the ability to remain organized in a large and busy environment. Serves as senior and primary representative of patient care activities. Position takes an active role in finance/cost controls of patient meal services.
