This account includes our proprietary At Your Request program, an innovative room service for patients. The successful General Manager will ensure that the staff continues to improve customer and patient satisfaction as well as meeting all our standards. The ideal candidate excels at building teams, managing client expectations and is excited about increasing our catering program to include upscale events that lead to repeat business.He or she enjoys implementing innovations that drive retail sales. Preferred qualifications include Sodexo experience regardless of business segment or institutional contract management experience. The Hospital is located in the City of Crystal a quaint town located along the Mississippi River in Jefferson County about 27 miles south of St. Louis.Directs all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Plans and supervises special functions. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account.Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree Basic Management Experience - 3 years Basic Functional Experience - 4 yearsSodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.Sodexo is an EEO/AA/M/F/D/V employer.
